Your business must be an event Sponsor to be a clue. You will be one of only 20 businesses that our teams visit during the Cary Scavenger Hunt on September 16. Other clues include town public art, historic landmarks, parks, schools, event venues and more.

Technology Sponsor- $6000- 1 available
Have your company logo on all the technology, including the phone app. The app makes scoring a snap for our teams. Your company’s brand will be on all our scoring screens at the finish, displayed continually, and seen by every team every time they log a clue. Thousands of impressions in one day. Your Company can have a team to compete and appear with a booth (tent provided) at the morning and afternoon check-in areas beside our stage. With a Cary-based location, your business will be one of our clue destinations. Full page color ad on the back cover of the clue book and 4 weeks of ads on CaryCitizen.
Presenting Sponsor – $4000- 1 available
Be a clue during the day. Business included in all the advance publicity. Logo displayed on all event signage, the Clue Book cover, posters and fliers, website and team t-shirts. Full color ad on the inside cover of the Clue Book. 4 weeks of advertising on CaryCitizen. Have a team in the hunt! Host a booth (tent provided) during morning registration and in the afternoon at the finish.
Hosting Sponsor- $3000 – SOLD
Host the event at your location. Be included in all publicity. Logo on posters, Clue Book cover, flyers and signage, website and team t-shirts. Full page color ad inside the Clue Book inside front cover. 4 weeks of advertising on CaryCitizen. Have a booth during morning registration and in the afternoon at the finish. The Town of Cary has once again agreed to be the Hosting Sponsor.
Platinum Sponsor- $1500
If your business has more than one location- this is the level for you! Each site can be a clue destination, you can have a booth at the finish (tent provided), and an ad in our Clue Book. 2 weeks of advertising on CaryCitizen. Logo on team t-shirts, link on website.
Gold Sponsor- $750
Be a clue destination, have an ad in our Clue Book and 1 week of advertising on CaryCitizen. Logo on team t-shirts, link on website.
Silver Sponsor- $350
Link on our website, ad in the Clue Book. Mentioned in sponsor story with link.
Booth Sponsors- $100-$200
Morning booths are $100, afternoon booths are $200. We love to serve our teams food, and give preference to restaurants, caterers or businesses that can provide a snack to our teams while they wait. Booth sponsors receive a link on our website and a booth at the event (we provide a table, and chairs and limited tents). Meet our teams either at the start or the finish. Offer samples, raffles, collect info. Booth Sponsorship deadline is July 31.
