About the Hunt
The Hunt is an all day event and will test your knowledge of Cary – food, history, shopping, sports and much more. It will also test your ability to strategize.
Along the way, you’ll see places you didn’t know existed. You’ll feel the thrill of competition. Most of all, the Cary Scavenger Hunt is an adventure in your own backyard.
At the start of the Hunt, each team gets a clue book. This year we are adding a smart phone app to make scoring easier.
Clues are assigned a point value and cover topics including:
- Cary Food
- Cary History
- Cary Business
- Cary Parks
- Cary Art
- Lots more
Trust us – no one will get all the clues. So pick your spots, analyze the clues and be strategic with your time.
The Hunt is a competition between teams in three categories:
- Adult Teams
- Family Teams
- Corporate Teams
All teams can be two to four members.
First, second and third place teams in each category will win Big- assed trophies! First place teams are awarded $250 cash!!!!
We will have FREE raffle drawings at the finish provided by many of our generous sponsors and friendly booth vendors. This is included with your registration.
